Steady, functional strength built pose by pose.

Greater flexibility

Open hips, a supple spine, and easier movement.

A healthier lifestyle

Better sleep, calmer mind, kinder habits off the mat.

Better circulation

Breath and movement that get the blood flowing.

Lower blood pressure

A regular practice that helps the body settle.

Questions, answered

What is Yogadityam Yoga Studio?
Yogadityam is a hybrid yoga studio offering small, in-person classes as well as live online sessions you can join from home. Alongside scheduled classes there is a growing library of practice-along videos, so you can practise whether or not a class fits your day. Booking is free in the current version.
Can I take yoga classes online as well as in the studio?
Yes. Every hybrid class runs both in the studio and streamed live at the same time, taught by the same teacher. You can book an in-person seat, join the live online session from your living room, or practise later with the on-demand video library.
Do I need experience to start yoga here?
No experience is needed. Classes are taught with clear cues and gentle progressions, and each style is labelled by level — from beginner to all-levels to advanced — so you can choose one that meets you where you are. Classes stay small so there is room for real attention.
How much do classes cost?
In the current version of the studio, booking a class is free. You create a free account, pick a class from the schedule, and reserve your spot in the studio or online. Seats are limited, and a first-come waitlist opens automatically when a class fills.
How do I book a class?
Create a free account, open the schedule, and choose a class. Pick whether you want to attend in the studio or live online, then confirm. If the in-studio class is full you can join the waitlist and you'll be promoted automatically, in order, if a place opens up.
